Owners Jenn & DJ Dolan

We believe in spreading love by fostering a culture that nurtures a love for life, for others, and for learning. We value the power of teamwork to support and uplift our Little Angels, helping them build confidence in themselves and embrace their individuality. Our mission is to guide each child along their unique path, preparing them with the skills, values, and love they need to thrive.

My passion for early childhood education and care began during the years I spent working alongside my family in their childcare centers in Rhode Island. My education and early career were dedicated to working with and nurturing young children, and owning and operating Little Angels is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.

With over 45 years of combined Pediatric Nursing experience, my family brings a wealth of knowledge and care to our center. My mom, Kathy, was a Pediatric Nurse at Hasbro Children’s Hospital for over 30 years, and my sister, Sarah, is a registered Pediatric Nurse specializing in Cardiology. Together, we share a deep commitment to providing a healthy and safe environment for your children.

When I'm not working with our amazing Little Angels Teammates, you'll find me at home with "Team Dolan"—my husband DJ, our daughter Savannah, our sons Jack and Charlie, and our two rescue dogs, Lexi and Trooper. I look forward to welcoming you and your Little Angel to our family!

My lifelong passion for public service has shaped how I approach life and leadership. I’m a retired Detective with the Massachusetts State Police, where I also served on the Special Tactical Operations team and as an academy instructor. In addition to my law enforcement career, I’m a leadership development instructor with The Program, working with collegiate students and professional sports teams. I’ve also served in various leadership roles as a commissioned officer in the Army.

Beyond my professional background, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring a bright young man through the On My Way Upfoundation at Lawrence High School and have volunteered and coached youth sports for many years.

Above all, I’m proud to be a full-time supporter of our family's mission to spread love and make a positive impact in the lives of our Little Angels community.
